“The lady who runs the b&b was lovely, and so friendly, she gave us all the information we needed when we checked in. The room was large and spotlessly clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom had shampoo & conditioner as well as shower gel & soap. We paid for our parking at a car park down the road, but the b&b do have a small parking area out the back. Breakfast had a huge amount to choose from, cooked, cereals, toast, pancakes, pastries , yogurt & fruit. Hot drinks & fresh...

“It was pet friendly and well located, near the beach and restaurants. We didn't realise that we needed to book breakfast in advance but the owners were very good about it and accommodated us anyway.”

“The staff were amazing & we enjoyed our large breakfast & as well as a delicious carvery meal on Weds evening (I believe this runs during the summer in addition to Sundays). The room had everything we needed & was nicely decorated. The reason I've had to put 3 stars is because the room was insanely hot despite the weather cooling outside (it was raining in the morning but the room was pushing 30 degrees) so we struggled to sleep. “Had a lovely stay at Pengelly Farmhouse. A beautiful properly, spotlessly clean and lovely thoughtful touches. Homemade biscuits were lovely and even some treats for our dog. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and perfectly cooked! We will most definitely be back again, thank you!”
