“Pool was closed which was noted stated on website or when I called to get information prior to booking. The gentlemen I talked to because I had questions before booking was very rude . There was hair in the tub , a spider with web stretched from the tv stand to armoire. The AC unit didn’t work properly and there was no internet /Tv did not work (was very blurry ) . The room didn’t not get cleaned up each day and I had to go and get clean towels . The clerks on duty were nice and did apologize ....
