“At check-in, the staff claimed the bill was unpaid, even though I had already paid via Expedia. Although they eventually confirmed the payment in their system, I was left feeling uneasy because they explained that the amount paid through Expedia was unrelated to the hotel, and the receipt issued by Expedia could not be used. The room and amenities were excellent, so I hope this kind of issue does not happen again. Regarding staying itself, it was worth to choose this hotel.”
