Going through a remodel and I got put in an old room First room at an egregious smell of mildew to the point I had to ask to move. Hopefully the renovation improves the quality as it's closer to motel quality than hotel in its current state. Lots of construction and boxes, but no noise and everything was reasonable.

We were in Lancaster for one night after visiting Niagara Falls and were very pleasantly surprised by these accommodations. The place was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. Getting in and out was a bit stressful due to the layout of the roads, but everything else about our stay was fantastic. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Clean, large room. The breakfast was good. They had a pancake maker, which is a little different (good) than other places. Surrounded by highways, but it didn't seem overly noisy. Next shopping malls so it's convenient if you need anything.

We stayed two nights while visiting relatives. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was fine, offering basics. The hotel was located right off of a very busy highway and was extremely noisy in the mornings. All at all, I would recommend staying here as it was a good price point.

The hotel was conveniently located, updates are being made to improve the building. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good, nice selection and seating area was kept clean. Dog friendly with a good place for to walk your dog. Plenty of free parking.
