Sue, the pool manager was wonderful. Upon our arrival at the pool entrance, she escorted our family to an area with enough chairs and shade to accomodate our family of 6. The breakfast buffet was great and not over priced

The property was great. Only issue was we arrived right after major rainstorms and a power outage. One of the hallways was wet and musty smelling. Other than that everything else was great. And dinner at Bistro 2two2 was delish!

Great stay. My husband and I loved this place. Hope to visit soon. Only thing I'm gonna say is, it is a resort style hotel therefore, you will encounter family with children which makes it a bit loud around common areas. They do have a signs alerting guests of quiet times, which i think is very thoughtful. Having an indoor and 2 outdoor pools was definitely a plus, so that everyone were not packed into one pool. The hot tub was a plus.

Great during th 100 degree weather. We got to enjoy the pool and the kid's splash area. The staff was handing out free icees and cold water to make sure everyone was hydrated. The indoor pool was kept clean. The outdoor pools had a lot of bugs. Dont forget to bri g the bug spray.

We love you resort we’ve been there many times it’s always clean and comfortable. The staff is awesome. The amenities are awesome. We love the pools. However, the only issue here is the restaurant. This is the second time we’ve came and we could not get service the first time we were sat at the table and no one came to us for 20 minutes so we left and now this time we were told it would be 45 minute wait when there was nobody in there both times we took our business to outback

Very clean facility. Staff very nice and helpful. Only 2 things were that breakfast is not included and that some rooms are not easily connected to the lobby via elevators. But it wasn’t a deal breaker. Would stay there again.
