Beautiful hotel inside and out. The kids splash pad area was a blast for my kids. Just wish it was better ventilated for my baby who got overheated sitting watching her siblings. No air circulation. Otherwise a perfect stay.

The front desk staff were absolutely helpful and went above and beyond. The room was clean. The pool and kiddie pool were a hit for our 7,6,2 yo. We definitely will be back!! Breakfast was good loved the touch of customer ordered omelets.

property needs a good cleaning on outside- windows have cobwebs, spiders, wasps.... outside of building and walkways look dirty, dusty. room itself was in good condition and clean. we were impressed by the size of the 2 queen suite we booked. definitely feels like a convention center. downside is when we arrived free cookies were already gone, although we did get some upon checkout. front desk staff did look unkempt with stained shirt. new staff starting did not have uniform yet. If you want a place where you can calmly sleep in cleanliness, we suggest this place.
