The staff was great. I thought the food and coffee at the bistro were pretty good and inexpensive. The rooms were clean. The shower faucet did drip, and the air conditioning was a little loud. That said, I would stay there again.

The whirlpool wasn’t open, which was incredibly disappointing. We did have access to an alternative hotels pool, but the pool at this hotel opened up surprisingly quickly. The rooms were nice and the food/drink was pretty nice. Overall a good experience, and an amazing time.

We had a great time at this hotel! We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed every bit of it! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, the pillows were perfect, the pool and hot tub were so relaxing, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even the food at the bistro was good! And we enjoyed the fire pit outside! All in all, I have no complaints about staying here! And it's close to so many fun things!!

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom had everything we needed. Raquel and Anifa at the front desk were so helpful and polite. We had to visit the desk multiple times to get change to do laundry. The pool and spa area were clean and well maintained.
