Pam the receptionist greeted us with a smile and was friendly. My mother in law was stunned by the place. She felt welcomed and ac saved us from the 105* heat outside. Across the parking lot was a Wendy's, Dutch Bros, ampm gas station. Across the street was a supermarket, in and out, panda express etc.. It was a convenient location. We will most definitely be staying there again.

Not a bad place for the money. Breakfast was good. The staff has helpful. Clean rooms. I little noisy and could smell weed in the hallways of the hotel. The parking lot had some trash laying on the ground. The area is a little sketchy. The morning I left, I was approached by someone asking for money.

For the most part this hotel is very clean. Very unfortunate that guest go outside and throw their cigarette buds on the ground. Towels tend to run out when hotel gets fully booked with many families. However the rooms are always clean and all of the employees are friendly.
