The room was quite small for two people on a week-long trip — storage was limited and we genuinely struggled to find space to open and access our suitcases properly. It's also not a modern hotel, though that's probably fairly typical for the area. There's also no lift, which made carrying heavy luggage up to the room a real struggle. “Very clean rooms and friendly hosts. It was quite cool in the evenings with heating only on in the mornings and there was no communal lounge area to sit in so we felt we were confined to our bedroom. ”

“Unfortunately there was no air-conditioning in our cosy double. However, on mentioning this, a staff member produced a second larger fan, which sorted the problem. Breakfast menu was very good. Cooked breakfasts well presented. Husband missed Granola! Waitresses lovely. Coffee machine a good one. Views from restaurant beautiful. Good location for everything, including public transport.”
