Perfect location! We enjoyed the room, the balcony, the festive fall decorations in the lobby. It is directly next to a McDonald’s. We felt safe. The room was updated, clean, and the beds were comfortable. We did have to let the shower run at minimum 10 minutes for hot water.

book this location for the complimentary breakfast. It was a quick sleep and leave situation for us. Nice clean hotel. we had minimal interaction with the staff so can't really comment on that. There's a McDonald's right next to the hotel which is a plus if you crave some McD. Irvine Spectrum Shopping is 7 min drive away.

6/10 Okay

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Overall the room was clean. This had a high star rating so I booked it but it is a very basic old hotel with lipstick attempted to be thrown on it. There are maintenance issues but overall it’s fairly clean and quiet. It is close to the freeway and affordable so just passing through it wasn’t terrible. I wouldn’t stay again and there were some nicer looking options across the street I with I would have booked better.
