“Very lovely stay in the pod. It was clean and cozy and comfortable. We did not receive the instructions for how to check in but contacted the host and solved the problem. It was stressful because there is very little internet access in that area. The beautiful beach is a short walk away.”

“Wonderful host and a wonderful place to have breakfast with a view. Would highly recommend this place as you travel the north coast 500.”

“House was nice and clean, stocked with some of the basics you like to find (salt& pepper, washing liquids etc). The hosts made contact and offered to light the fire for our arrival which we were grateful for having got rather wet in the morning. We were also able to do a load of laundry before continuing our road trip. The local was a bit of a hidden gem being in between the Lochs, the access by harbour was great and our boys really enjoyed having the place to themselves for a while. It was a...

“We pitched up on a dull afternoon and were delighted with our room. Spacious and with a bathroom with a bath. The chef was sick so we decided having a few options to have some food in the room and enjoy the tv. A nice tray was brought up with soup and cold meats focaccia etc. All very nice in the circumstances.”

“Le chemin pour se rendre à la maison est toute une aventure, mais ça vaut la peine! Maison entourée d’animaux. Les enfants ont adoré! Très belle plage à proximité ”

“Beautiful place to stay with stunning surroundings! You can tell there is so much care and love put into this place. It was spotless and so well kept! The host goes the extra mile for their guests!”

“Stunning views!”

“Very nice place. Room was perfect. Food was top-notch. Parking easy. Nice bar. Friendly, welcoming staff.”

“Well placed”

“Todo correcto habitacion no muy grande pero suficiente. Desayuno frio pero bastante variedad. Entramos y la llave estaba en recepcion, desayunamos y nos fuimos y no vimos a nadie del hotel.”

“Several heads down staff were anything but helpful. Older woman at checkin was unhelpful and heads down most of the time . Sad to see this historically friendly hotel now staffed by a number of very unimpressive people. Older women at dinner and younger professional woman at breakfast being the exception.”

“I loved this hotel. The staff was friendly and kind. The hotel itself was cozy, clean, and homely!. I would definitly come back”

“Lovely clean and warm”

“This property was an unexpected gem! The property was well priced ,finishes ,were immaculate , The property is very clean .The layout of the room even allowed for a separate seating area just outside our bedroom. This property had no TV, but was not missed because of the level of Wi-Fi available. The house is in a country setting, so of course convenience to amenities such as shopping or food should not be considered. This is very quiet location and very much appreciated after long days of...

“Pleasant traditional Highland Hotel. Friendly and efficient check in. Bar well stocked with pleasant adjoining lounge. The venison dinner special was excellent. A good stopping point on way north .”

“Misleading as you”
