Very clean and spacious room. We asked for an ocean view and got not only a room with an amazing view of the ocean, but also a penthouse suite. The room had an incredible view of the beach from the living room, kitchen, master bedroom, not to forget the main balcony. The second balcony had a nice view of the mountains. The property was clean, quiet, and very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was good, just be aware there is no central air so no AC and no room service or cleaning service unless you stay there for 2 weeks. Furniture outdated a bit. Beautiful resort big rooms . Beautiful beach. The timeshare people will be mad and lie about how much is in your giftcard if you deny to buy a time share with them

The 2br 2 bath unit was huge! We were hesitant to stay there after reading some of the reviews, but took a chance and glad we did! The restaurant was excellent. The pool and hot tub were nice. The unit felt more like a private apartment. Lots of closet space, a large supply of toiletries, towels and linens. The kitchen was large, very modern. Our Lanai was situated to have a small view of the ocean, and hearing it at night was blissful. The only drawbacks: no AC (but not too hot in master br), 2nd br hot and window opened onto the corridor. People were noisy in the corridor at all hours, maybe not realizing the arrangement?? There was only a divider between the master br and living room. The location is good, but seems the south end of Maui has become more of a growing, popular location now. Lahaina is still recovering from the fire, so there was construction and traffic hold-ups. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay, room was very clean, staff was nice and helpful.

The room had everything, like a timeshare. We had a side balcony and we had a great view of the beach and sunset (which I was a fan of). Loved that it was close to a few things we needed to get to and Captain Jacks on the property made it nice to have a night cap. The only thing, and could have been our fault and didn’t read the description correctly but the room DIDNT have AC. The ceiling fans worked but in the bathrooms it would get muggy. But overall loved the property and we will be back! Thank you Sands of Kahana 💕

The room that we got was not clean, bugs in the bed, in the sheets, I spoke to the front desk, they offer to change sheets, and they brought a maintenance guy with a bug sprayer to spray while we are in unit, however this was very stressful night, next morning we told them we are not staying here, we are going to another resort, then when they offer a different clean room. I like the location of the hotel.

We had a wonderful time. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Lovely view of the ocean was amazing to listen to the ocean all night long. We stayed during a massive storm but didn't feel any disruption as far as the staff goes.

The staff was great! Easy check in. The grounds are gorgeous, the room was spacious and clean! Our hot water heater wasn’t working one night and we had a staff member up there to fix it within an hour. We loved that it was right by the beach and had captain jacks bar! We can’t wait to come back!

Our only complaint is that it would’ve been nice if they came in and tidied up the room at some point during the week. Front desk was great. Laundry in the unit was so convenient. Pool area, pickleball, golf putting, and basketball were fun for the kids! We even saw a turtle on the beach one night! 🐢
