The hotel was perfectly located so that we could enjoy Main Beach & downtown without having to call for a rideshare. All the staff were great and Piper was a standout, she was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean with a lot of great little touches.

This place Would have gotten a 5 star if it weren’t for the check out staff. Very rude, was running behind on checking out 30 min and asked if we Could check out at 12:00 instead, disappointed to say the check out front desk bitterly replied with “it will be a $150 fee for checking out 1 hour later”. Quite honestly that left a bitter after taste to the hotel for me. The hotel was in nice condition and some of the staff was very nice and welcoming.

Excellent hotel in a great location in one of the most beautiful locations in CA. Amenities were a plus; heated pool and hot tub, easy access to Heisler park and downtown Laguna. Upper rooms have a view of the ocean. Breakfast was great. Will come back again.
