“I have booked this hotel a number of times now. It is convenient especially as it is close to the Laguindingan airport. The hotel’s airport service is also commendable.”

“No main light only side light which makes the room a bit dim. No complementary coffee or tea or water. No remote for the TV. We need to ask for the wifi password and keys. I was planning to use the pool but there was quite a distance to the room and we needed to look for the in-charge to get the keys.”

“An older property but very well groomed and maintained. Friendly staff and excellent hot breakfast with numerous choices of food items. Fresh fruits and fresh fruit juices, hot coffee is always a plus when sunrise is at 545am. Thank you for the hospitality!”

“Great little no-nonsense hotel in the middle of everything. The watch maintained at the entrance was always courteous, attentive, and smiling. The breakfast was simple and AMAZING. Really blown away by that. The whole place: a diamond in the rough!”

“I have always been aquatic of the bathroom. The plastic and the side of the shower door is broken and the toilet seat is loose or moving and I hope that you make the water a little bit hotter. I mean the hot option of the water shower or the water faucet should be a little hotter because we also don’t want to shower very cold in the morning and we want to have an option on our water temperature preference.”

“Staff are friendly and helpful but room had no balcony or view as it looks into other apartments. Wi-Fi and TV stopped working after the first day.”
