The staff were unprofessional and the breakfast buffet is mediocre. They need to do better. Aesthetics is good and it’s a great location

False Advertisement

I am writing to request a refund. I booked a family suite with consisted of 2 bedrooms. However, while checking in, I found out they do not have a 2 bedroom available but yet I paid for a 2 bedroom suite. I immediately informed them that I would manage the 1 bedroom suite but would need a refund based on false advertisement. I checked in to the 1 bedroom suite. For 4 hours, I complained about the air conditioning system being faulty because it was blowing hot air and it was very uncomfortable for my family and I. Upon consistent complaints, the only option they had was another downgrade to a much lesser room again. At this point, I was tired, my family was tired. We didn’t have a choice at the particular time but to settle for a much lesser room. Thought they apologized and gave us a complimentary dinner at their restaurant. I still believe I deserved a refund of some sort. The manage reached out to me, apologized for the inconveniences. He offered to host me for a one night at their hotel for the inconvenience.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
For a hotel that’s supposedly new, it’s already falling apart. The shower, the tap, toilet paper holder, old towels…. The list goes on. It’s supposed to be a nonsmoking facility but there were people smoking marijuana in front of my door the door to my step son’s room. The front desk attendants were VERY pleasant though and so were some of the staff. Food was pretty good but coffee maker wasn’t working. Needless to say, it’s not worth the price they charge and I will not be going back here for sure

Terrible, would not recommend!

A terrible stay, I would not recommend the Art Hotel to my worst enemy. The staff are deeply unprofessional and unhelpful. We had a leak in our hotel room which leaked into luggage and damaged our things. Art Hotel have failed to assist or provide compensation despite numerous requests via email and WhatsApp. The hotel reception team and sluggish and non-responsive. The hotel might look good, however the service, lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction means the Art Hotel falls far below a 5 star hotel.
