2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The hotel's location is excellent, but unfortunately, that is its only redeeming quality. The overall condition of the property is very poor, with unclean rooms, uncomfortable and worn-out mattresses, foul-smelling tap water, cracked walls, and unpleasant odors coming from the bathroom. The hotel is in desperate need of a comprehensive renovation.

Dirty and uncomfortable

I had to move rooms as the toilet facilities didn't work and were filthy dirty. The water was on and off throughout and couldn't shower. The breakfast menu was limited. I won't be back
