We had a very nice stay at Half Moon Motel and Cottages. The location is excellent, right in front of the Lake Winnipesaukee cruise tour and scenic railway station at Weirs Beach. It’s very convenient for enjoying the local attractions. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the beautiful views of Lake Winnipesaukee and the surrounding mountains from our room made our stay even more special. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with beautiful scenery and easy access to local attractions.

Second floor, awesome view of the lake from the balcony, a 3 minute walk to the boardwalk…great location. They have a nice pool and laundry facilities, and the rooms have a large fridge/freezer and microwave. The bathroom needs a fan, and it’s a bit dated, but it has a small couch and good storage and a decent tv. Even your parking spot is numbered so you’re right next to it. Good place.

The staff were super friendly and helpful with our late arrival and were quick to replace the coffee pot when we couldn’t get it to work. The small cottage was perfect for the two of us. The place gave you a small town vibe that was relaxing and refreshing. Highly recommend.

Location is at center of Weirs Beach up on a small hill. View is terrific of Lake. Everything is within walking distance so it is very convenient. You can stay at this motel for 3 days and not need to drive. The pool is well maintained with plenty of chairs. I would highly recommend this motel.

We had a great time 😊 there’s lots to do around, food , shopping, sightseeing, all within walking distance. The only thing I would say negatively would be the water pressure in the shower wasn’t great and the screens were hard to see through. But everything else was amazing we would definitely go back again.

I would highly recommend Half Moon Motel and Cottages for anyone visiting Lake Winnipesaukee. My trip was for a concert at Bank NH Pavilion and the location was extremely convenient and just a short drive away. There was also plenty of parking as well as an assigned spot so did not have to worry when returning later at night. The location was also perfect and within walking distance to Weirs Beach and the pier. The room was clean and perfect for a party of 4. Pool was also a nice amenity especially after coming back from the lake. Definitely would recommend anyone visiting the area to stay here and I would stay again.

Awesome view. Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Not enough hot water, no chair to sit in to eat in room at table.Lots of spiders dropping from ceiling on front porch. Even got bit.. neighbors even had spider spray!

A great place to stay with beautiful views of the lake. I would recommend asking about the air conditioning, it was a little warm in our room even with the AC on high. The doors also squeak really loud.
