Everything about this hotel was really nice. The front desk was helpful, the breakfast was good and location on the river was awesome. Haven’t stayed in a Best Western until now but will in the future if they’re all this nice!

The staff were awesome super friendly and accommodating… The breakfast was good but could’ve had bacon instead of sausage everyday… Clean place good prices.. The only thing is they could update the furniture was kinda outdated… Would definitely recommend someone to stay there we would stay again…

Stayed for 2 nights. Check in was great, the room was ok. TV was not a very clear picture on any channel. The female staff that was working the breakfast buffet was excellent. Also the housekeeper was very friendly and attentive.

Check in was awful. Only one girl who didn't know what see was doing. Finally after six people were in line waiting to check in she finally called someone else to help. This person pretty much did all the check ins. Check in time is 3pm, if you go early they will charge you $30 for am early check in fee. The place was clean though my room had a used bar of soap in the bathroom. Location, parking, and breakfast was good. I'd stay again, but would use the Best Western app so you can check in yourself.

We love staying here because of the people who manage and staff the hotel. They are so cooperative and will get things corrected if necessary, Rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The room actually exceeded our expectations and the options at breakfast were great and the food was good too! Our only complaint is that it was a $100 deposit fee.... if it's over $50, it should definitely be listed in the agreement stuff you sign, as most places are $50. When I brought it up to the lady at the front desk, she said I am supposed to call... wouldnt it be easier to have it just listed... They definitely need more parking as well. We got back to the hotel after our event and all the spaces were filled.
