Despite being named a motel, it is a very well maintained and clean hotel! We felt like we got a real experience of staying in a motel with doors facing a courtyard BUT with all the cleanliness, professionalism, amenities and space of a great hotel! 10/10 experience! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The bed was comfier than expected, the washrooms better than expected, and even the AC operated perfectly! Only singular tiny downside is how thin the walls are but we all ought to be respectful of our neighbors anyway! Would definitely recommend for travellers passing through or looking for a place to stay before we the Megantic observatory like us.

The establishment is located about 15 minute drive to downtown Lac Megantic, but, its walking distance to stores and grocery shops. Recessed far back from highway that we do not hear the traffic. All the services in the rooms functioned perfectly, and room was clean and orderly.

This is a simple motel with friendly and helpful staff and very clean rooms. The room was on the smaller side but spotless and was great for one or two nights. Quiet even though it is on the main street and has easy access to downtown/lake art walk.

Everything was perfect

Everything was perfect. The receptionist and the manager were both available to guide us so we didn't miss anything in our visits. It's an excellent place to stay. We ate at the restaurant attached to the motel Le Kaline. We ate very well and at a very affordable price. The location of the motel is very well located in the city. A Walmart store as well as the Maxi grocery store are close to the motel. It is certain that if we have to return, I will book again at this place. 9.5/10

Friendly and helpful desk . Room was very clean. Bed comfortable. The only downside was the bathroom, as we felt like we were getting sandblasted by the shower. Bathroom has no heat source. We were in room 37 at the far corner of the building but the rest of the place seemed pretty empty. Again, desk staff were extremely nice!

The picture on Hotels.com site are not accurate. Only one suite looks like the picture. Small room and very small bathroom. But the lady at the front desk was very friendly. So, good customer service but poor hotel. Will not return.

The facility is conveniently located on the main strip at ac Mégantic, it is easy to access and even though they were swamped because of high season bookings , they still managed to have our rooms ready by 3PM. The restaurant only opens at 7:30AM for breakfast which forced us to have breakfast elsewhere because of OUR commitments. the Chateau Motel less than a minute away and where breakfast was exquisite, opens at 6AM; maybe Quiet should consider an earlier opening... Else than that i would recommend the place and likely would return.
