The room is very small. There are no curtains just sheers. The hotel is well situated to visit LaRochelle and easy access to out of town. You really can’t cook or make food in the tiny kitchen. Just heat things and you must wash all dishes. Coffee is not provided just instant coffee. There is a coffee machine in lobby for 2euros. There is no lounge or place to go other than your room. There is a option for breakfast down in cafeteria ( you cannot use personnally just for service). It looked very ordinary. It’s more suited for university.

Staying in La Rochelle

This hotel is about 15 mins from La Rochelle centre - The receptionist was very friendly and professional she spoke wonderful English and explained about the room and parking how to access barriers where to go to reach the town she was marvellous The hotel is on street level and has a lift The room was adequate for 2 adults and small dog - it was spotless and had all of the requirements for our stay including a well equipped kitchenette La Rochelle has a multitude of bars and restaurants all of which were dog friendly We took a boat trip to Fort Boyard which was great and dog went as well there are other trips if you want I recommend a thrip to Ile de Rae fantastic Island a short drive or sea bus from La Rochelle had lunch at the harbour at Ile Rae fabulous

Great place, new construction. It was really hot during my stay and I was surprise that there were no AC. It’s particularly a problem since my room is in the roundabout road side and noisy, moreover since there’s only one window, no air was going through

Das Hotel ist super-schön mit viel Holz und Garten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück mehr als ausreichend, gut und für einen fairen Preis. Die Lage außerhalb des eigentlichen Zentrums ist okay. Das Hotel hat vorab kommuniziert, dass es keine Klimaanlage hat, der Ventilator war allerdings kleiner als auf dem Foto der Reservierungsbescheinigung. Bei 40 Grad tagsüber muss man entsprechend bei offenem Fenster schlafen, um nicht zu ersticken. Dumm nur, wenn sich zwischen 3 und 4.30 Uhr morgens eine Gruppe von etwa zehn Menschen in den Garten setzt und alle mit Gelächter und Diskussionen beschallt. Vielleicht sind die Zimmer zur Straße doch ruhiger, wenn auch mit weniger schönem Ausblick.

Une jolie petite résidence hôtel très agréable et calme. Les chambres sont belles et modernes. A 15 minutes à pied du port. Les couverts sont comptés au plus juste. Un peu de sel et de poivre serait un plus non négligeable pour ceux qui voyage en avion. Nous recommandons.
