Motel à la hauteur de mes attentes. Propre, spacieuse chambre facile d'accès et équipée de deux lits confortables. Pas la plus belle vue. Pas toujours silencieux (gens qui ouvrent et ferment leur porte proche de nous). Rien qui soit surprenant de la part d'un motel. C'est honnête, comme on dit.

Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour! L’hôtel semble très récent ou fraîchement rénové, et tout était vraiment très propre. La chambre était impeccable, autant les planchers que les lits et la salle de bain. Le service à l’accueil était également excellent et nous avons reçu un très bel accueil. Petit détail qu’on a particulièrement aimé : les lampes de chevet sont vraiment pratiques et très cool! Il y aurait seulement quelques petits détails à améliorer pour rendre l’expérience parfaite. La fenêtre avait été laissée ouverte avant notre arrivée, donc nous avons dû faire sortir quelques petits insectes volants de la chambre. Le fonctionnement de l’air climatisé n’était pas très clair non plus : nous n’avons pas réussi à l’arrêter et la chambre est descendue jusqu’à environ 15 °C. Peut-être que quelques petites instructions lors du check-in pourraient aider. Une petite tablette dans la douche serait également pratique pour déposer les produits, ainsi que quelques crochets ou supports supplémentaires pour les manteaux et les vêtements. Ce sont vraiment des détails mineurs, car dans l’ensemble nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L’endroit est beau, très propre et accueillant. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter!

Nice, renovated room and bathroom. Only negative was the free WiFi. Wifi service was very spotty, service needs improvement. Loved Charlevoix, planning to return to Charlevoix and would gladly stay at Le 2020 again.

Pas de miroir hors de la salle de bain, pas de séchoir , pas de prise de courant assez forte pour mon séchoir personnel dans la salle de bain, plafond mal isolé, internet pas assez performant, 2 télécommandes absolument incompréhensible pour la télé avec un décodeur complètement archaïque, robinet et chambre de bain désuète ,etc.

The room was large enough and clean but very poorly lit inside. It was not bright at all. The front office took a $100 deposit refundable providing there was no damage at check out. The hotel is 5 minutes from the main sights in La Malbaie. Beautiful area.
