We love this hotel

We have been more than 5 times to this hotel and we love it. It has been amazing and staff are great. The only drawback as this area is next to the beach there are ants everywhere.

Bien qu'ayant un personnel accueillant, cet hotel est vieillissant et les chambres ne sont pas entretenues. J'avais réservé un lit double je me retrouve avec 2 lits simples collés. Le premier avec un matelas tres dur, le second avec un matelas trÚs mou. Horrible pour dormir sereinement. Le bloc de climatisation etait cassé et était ouvert. Une tres grande douche PMR elle aussi dans son jus avec l'assise qui ne tient pas en position relevée empechant de prendre une douche facilement. On se demande ou sont les 4*... sans doute grùce à la thalasso et à la piscine que je n'ai pas pu tester, elle ferme à 18h... Bref ca ne vaut pas le prix pour de la basse saison, alors je n'imagine meme pas en haute saison... La prochaine fois je prendrai une chambre dans un hotel d'un grand groupe international, je paierai moins cher pour une chambre de bien meilleure qualité ! Vraiment déçu !

TrÚs agréable séjour dans cet hÎtel. TrÚs bonne literie, spa super, petit déjeuner parfait avec orange pressée et le diner au restaurant vraiment de qualité. Ajouté à cela le personnel adorable et trÚs à l'écoute du moindre de nos souhait.... bref à recommander.

HĂŽtel trĂšs agrĂ©able en bord de mer avec accĂšs Ă  la promenade de la Grande Motte oĂč se situe tous les restaurants/commerce. Donc idĂ©al ! Le personnel est vraiment trĂšs sympatique, et aux petits soin. Le seul bĂ©mol est que l'hĂŽtel commence Ă  se faire vieillissant, et un petit rafraichissement serait nĂ©cĂ©ssaire. L'espace de Thalasso est agrĂ©able, mais l'eau un peu froide (notamment Jacuzzi).

Séjour agréable, mais un peu déçue

Avis mitigĂ© : personnel est trĂšs accueillant et sympathique Ă  l’accueil, au restaurant ou Ă  la thalasso. Les chambres : trĂšs propres. La vue : splendide. La piscine et sa terrasse sont trĂšs agrĂ©ables. Le restaurant est vraiment excellent, bien qu’assez cher
 et il n’y a pas de menu pour espĂ©rer faire quelques Ă©conomies. La thalasso est agrĂ©able. Pour les points nĂ©gatifs, nous Ă©tions en couple et avons eu 2 lits simples collĂ©s, ce qui rĂ©duit beaucoup le confort, les oreillers ne sont Ă©galement pas trĂšs confortables. Les chambres sont mal insonorisĂ©es, le matin il a Ă©tĂ© difficile de faire la grasse matinĂ©e que nous espĂ©rions tant (impossible avec bĂ©bĂ© Ă  la maison) car nous entendions les personnes du dessus marcher et ouvrir la baie vitrĂ©e, Ă©galement des bruits de couloir
 au point que nous pensions que quelqu’un Ă©tait rentrĂ© dans la chambre. Il faisait Ă©galement trĂšs chaud dans la chambre, mĂȘme en coupant le chauffage nous avons dĂ» dormir avec la baie vitrĂ©e entrouverte. Pour le prix de la chambre, nous avons Ă©tĂ© un peu déçu. Room service en supplĂ©ment. Pour la thalasso c’était trĂšs bien, mais un point nĂ©gatif : elle ferme Ă  19h30, nous sommes sorti Ă  19h15 et les personnes en charge du nettoyage avait dĂ©jĂ  commencĂ© Ă  nettoyer les couloirs au jet d’eau, mon mari est tombé  mĂȘme en faisant attention. Je recommande tout de mĂȘme cet hĂŽtel, mais prĂ©voir un gros budget avec une chambre supĂ©rieure peut ĂȘtre plus confortable.

Tout se passait bien jusqu'a ce que je mange de la pate a tartiné périmée, avec du moisie dans le pot, pour le petit déjeuner. Aucun geste, rien, juste le retrait des produit et quils alleint en parler a leur fournisseur... Vous restez responsable de ce que vous servez dans votre restaurant...
