The location was excellent!! Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars. The hotel seems to be under a big renovation. Our room was a bit dated. Shower curtain rod was somewhat falling out of wall and Kuerig didn’t work- it still had water in the machine from the previous stay (and a single serve machine so it was water from the previous stay). Those were the two minor issues, otherwise room was clean and location was the best! Easy and quick check in, friendly staff. Would stay again for sure.

The location is EXCELLENT!!! Beds were comfortable & would definitely stay again in hope I get get a spot for parking at the hotel. Parking was horrible as it is very limited so they do give you free parking in the parking ramp.

Good, helpful staff. Property needs updates. Hairs in the bathroom tub. Cigarette butts near front entrance. Limited parking. Good location and fine for the cost.

Great location for an event at The La Crosse Center. Bed was very comfortable. Water was warm, not hot - it should be substantially hotter in the shower. Toilet could have been cleaner.

6/10 Okay

Location is great. The rest was not so much. First room I’ve gotten smelled of sweat and feet, unbearable. Second was better but carpet needs to go - smelly and sticky. Curtains didn’t close, even sheer ones, blackout hang wide and cannot be pulled in. Matt in the shower has mold. AC very noisy. First person of staff was not helpful, was answering personal calls in the middle of conversation, when I asked about parking after I read the sign, he kept pointing to it instead of answering.
