“Great place to stay. Excellent location and great staff.”

“We stayed for three nights and it has been a wonderful experience. The sea landscape at night, the plentiful breakfast, and the kindness of the staff will make your stay in Crete really unforgettable! ”

The original distressed stained coffered ceilings, the wall murals, the furniture, the bathrooms, the configuration. I had an insect bite and was unable to get anything for it as the pharmacies were closed in Sunday. The lady at reception called a friend at the hospital who immediately brought some anti sting cream to the hotel!!! Incredible! The rooms were large , clean and comfortable other than the hard sofa . The location was excellent and about a 10-15 minute walk to the waterfront shops and...

“The overall experience was good. The staff were very helpful and attentive. There was a bad smell in the first room we checked into, but they changed our room the next day, and the new room was much better. The housekeeping team also did a great job. The food and service at Zamana Restaurant were amazing as well. I have stayed at many five-star hotels around the world, and I would say the service here is definitely five-star. However, based on the condition and quality of the rooms, I wouldn’t...
