Bruit coté rue infernal. Mention +++ au personnel qui, en depit des circonstances, fait de son mieux. A éviter jusqu à retour à la normal..... Decevant.

Séjour en amoureux gùché!!

Le personnel de l’hĂŽtel a pour ambition de vous vendre le maximum de services et prestations dĂšs votre entrĂ©e dans l'Ă©tablissement! (AprĂšs un "Bonjour, bienvenue" tout de mĂȘme)!! Les 2 nuits passĂ©es notre fenĂȘtre donnĂ©e sur la rue et nous avons Ă©tĂ© dĂ©rangĂ© par des bruits intempestifs de personne en fĂȘte. C'est un client de l'hĂŽtel qui a dĂ» faire la police!!! Enfin comme dernier dĂ©sagrĂ©ment, nous avons Ă©tĂ© rĂ©veillĂ© aprĂšs la 1Ăšre nuit vers 8h15 du matin par l'allumage de la tĂ©lĂ©vision!! Pour un 5 Ă©toiles, je pense que le niveau de services n'Ă©tait clairement pas au Rdv.

Rien à dire sauf quand vous arrivez au pied de l ' escalier vous avez en haut de ce dernier une personne qui doit vous aider normalement , elle vous regarde et s ' en va , il vous reste à prendre vos deux valises et trois sacs et essayer de monter le mieux possible
