very good, clean and tidy, carpark just next to the apartment, nearby have supermarket and beach. Nice and relaxing balcony. You just need to bring your shampoo and bath, everything is there for you.

Absolutely spot on place .. really quiet and peaceful.. recommend if you want a nice peaceful relaxing holiday. Checked us in earlier than planned . We had the upstairs apartment was very private and spacious.. little gem this place .. romans ruins within a 5 minute drive ..

Even the location is not good and the apartment is tired. Taps in both bathrooms are rusty and corroded, kitchen counter is so worn that water runs onto the floor when you wash dishes. The extra bed they set up for our kid had a dirty, moldy frame. And they charge 5€/day for the safe and 0.70€ per coffee capsule maybe spend that money on maintenance instead. Wouldn’t stay again.

Although it's not close to the beach, it's in a nice quiet area of town. It's a pity the pools are extremely tiny...almost private for each building and not all buildings have one so even though we stayed for three weeks we couldn't use one at all.

Extended stay for large groups

These are great for an extended stay. Washer/dryer, large fridge/freezer, plenty of room and a large sliding glass wall. Seven shared pools for the heat. Twenty minutes walk from the beaches.

We stayed here for a month last year, enjoyed it. This year we requested our old apartment, we are not spring chickens. The. One we were given was about as far away as you can get. The decking on the terrace was in places rotting, so much i caught my foot and pulled a side muscle, i complained about this, it was repaired straight away. It seems the place is becoming very tired. I would like to say i would return , but i will not be.

Don’t know what to say

Room was very dark and rum. There was dark stairs to upstairs but door was closed. Someone was knocking on the door outside in the evening. The lamps worked partially and were attached directly to the ceiling and wall without lampshades. The atmosphere in the apartment was very cold and cramped. Several renovation workers live in the hotel. The side of the street is full of their work trucks from night to morning (takes space away from hotel customers) l’Escala city is nice and there is Aldi and McDonalds very close, Lidl is located a little further. Three of Salvador Dali's attractions (home, castle and theater) are within a radius of about 30 kilometers from the hotel.

Tout est nickel, rien à redire, le linge de lit et de maison est vraiment un plus c est parfait Le seul bémol est qu il faut absolument prévoir soit une toile d ombrage, ou un store banne ou tout simplement un grand parasol pour la terrasse du haut, que nous pouvons pas utilisé de midi à 18 h

L'appartement est bien équipé et fonctionnel : cuisine avec micro-ondes, plaque de cuisson, grille-pain et machine à laver, tous en parfait état de marche. Une machine à café est également disponible, fonctionnant avec des dosettes à acheter sur place (0,60 € l'unité). La chambre dispose d'un dressing pratique, et le salon offre un canapé convertible pour accueillir des convives supplémentaires. Le vrai point fort du logement reste la terrasse, immense, équipée d'une table et de chaises longues — idéale pour profiter du soleil. La résidence propose plusieurs piscines entourées d'espaces verts, ouvertes de 10h à 20h, dans un cadre sans tabac y compris en extérieur. L'emplacement est un peu éloigné du centre-ville, mais l'accès en voiture reste rapide. Séjour calme et reposant, à recommander.
