Good hotel. Close to the Kyoto train and limousine bus stations. No complaints about cleanliness or noise. The location is very convenient—there's a 7-Eleven right next door. My only complaint was that they wouldn't reimburse or credit me for the breakfast I wasn't able to consume. I booked the stay with breakfast before planning my itinerary, not thinking I would have to leave the hotel very early on some days. But other than that, it is a good hotel.

Located right next to Kyoto station, the hotel is convenient for getting where you need to within the city. Rooms are spacious, although you have to manually turn the air conditioning on each time you put the key card into the holder. For a hotel in kyoto, it does the job, but choosing this option sacrifices comfort of your room for a stay right next to the main station(like a 2 minute walk away). Being next to the station, allows for a short walk to a cluster of restaurants, malls, and shops. The bathrooms were quite small and the shower head may not be too amiable to taller people. The breakfast was amazing, i’ve stayed in three hotels in my trip here and for being a cheap option of the three, it has an excellent variety of countless foods you can never get bored of. This meaning that the quality of some favorites may not be as good as elsewhere though.

This hotel was wonderful! All the amenities were great and the location was so convenient (close to everything we needed!). The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto!
