Love: the location, cleanliness, mattress…etc. The room is spacious. Every single staff is polite, kind and helpful. Truthfully 5 stars hotel. Dislike: nothing to dislike First we stayed for 5 nights. We will sure to stay again.

My husband and I had a great stay here. It was our first time in Japan and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The super king room had a huge bed (could easily hold 4 people if needed), and a large bathroom area. The AC worked very well. The location was perfect for getting public transportation, and there were a 7-11 and restaurants within walking distance. A beautiful hotel also.

Best hotel we stayed at in Japan. Staff were superb, especially concierges, and the staff at the tea service. Not cheap, but spacious and luxurious feel for the price.

Exceptional property!! Beautiful hotel and rooms, very quiet, unbelievably located steps from Kyoto station. Staff is so warm and welcoming! We loved our stay! Will absolutely be visiting again!!
