Recently stayed here for 4 nights and had a really nice time. It’s in a walkable area, with restaurants and a 7-11 close by. The staff was incredibly helpful and our room was clean and spacious. Would stay here again.

Staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. The room itself was nice and overall clean...there were some areas of dust (by the windows) but nothing that was too evident. Convenient with the washer/dryer combo, mircowave and fridge. Was comfortable for our party of 5. It was about a 15 minute walk to train station for us..but it was relatively easy to walk. I would stay it centrally located on a quiet street.

A lovely stay, the amenities wrre great especially having the washing machine in the room. We really enjoyed our stay. The buses went from the road outside the hotel and went to the main spots around Kyoto. We really enjoyed this stay.
