The hotel was very nice and room was spacious for our family of 4. The hotel is very close to the Kyoto station which was key to us choosing the property. Overall, a great place to stay in a great location and would recommend!

Its close to everything. Convenient with restaurants aroubd and also convenience stores within minutes. Room can be a little bit cleaner but acceptable. Staff are super friendly and very helpful.

The front desk folks were always helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The location is amazing as it was close to the Aeon shopping mall, which also has a grocery store within it. The hotel is also close to the Kyoto train station, which again is a great perk. Our hotel room was just as great as everything else. We had a kitchen, bathtub and shower, and the room was sizable to comfortably fit our family of four. We like the hotel so much that we suggested to our friends to stay here as well, on their next trip out to Kyoto.

It's one of the unforgettable family vacations in Japan. The location is perfect off the busy traffic streets but still walking distance to Kyoto Station to roam around the city

Our room was immaculate and the staff very helpful and professional. Within walking distance of the hotel is the Kyoto train station to the north and a shopping mall with a grocery store to the west. We enjoyed our stay very much!
