“오션뷰 suite 넓고 루프탑 bar도 만족허웠는데 형편없는 아침식사 너무나 실망스러웠어요. 7시부터 조식 시작이고 8시에 식당에 도착했는데 며칠이 지난듯한 음식들이 진열되어 있었어요. 커피와 요거트만 먹었고 전화로 컴플레인을 했는데 ‘고객 개인의 취향이다. 우린 신선하지 않은 음식을 제공한적 없다‘라는 답변을 들었어요. 그 다음날 다른 직원분이 사과하고 메뉴가 개선되긴 했지만 참으로 실망스러운 음식과 고객대응이었어요.”

“A 15km de la ville de Tonyeong dans un cadre calme et reposant malgré que l’hôtel soit bord de route. Le propriétaire de la pension est extrêmement accueillant , chaleureux et nous a fourni de nombreuses adresses de promenade et restaurants. Je garderai un très bon souvenir de mon passage à Dream Pension.”

“연식이 있어서 좀 낡긴했지만 공간이 넓고 항구뷰가 예뻤어요. 수압도 좋고, 냉장고, 마이크로웨이브 등 지내기가 수월했습니다. 직원분들도 친절하고, 도보로 해안도로로 바로 갈 수 있어 아침에 조깅하거나 산책하기도 좋았어요. 시설에 비해 가격도 좋아서 다음에 다시 통영을 방문하면 이곳에 묵을 것 같아요.”

While the view from the bay-facing rooms is lovely and there’s a charming coffee shop and gift store just down the hill, the condition of the property fell well below what was advertised.
