The guest room was clean, the staffs were very pleasant, the breakfast was in excellent quality with variety of choices. One thing which was very disappointing and inconvenient was the layout of the room. The toilet and the shower room should be separated from the sink and the closet, and they should not be on the same room, as if the toilet or the bathroom is occupied, nothing else can be done except sleeping on the bed in the bedroom.

+ good breakfast spread; efficient and personable staff managing the breakfast + great spa; clean and reasonably priced + modern fittings and fixtures in the rooms + right next door to many stores (uniqlo, H&M etc), and close to many restaurants/coffee houses. + efficient check-in and check-out; they facilitated early check-in and late check-out + easy to arrange cabs from them, and their markup on the price is reasonable - the one thing that we weren't satisfied with was the dinner + cocktails at daily social. the old fashioned was mid. the food wasn't great either. the person serving us was aloof and disconnected. overall, except for that one negative experience, the rest was great, so i'd highly recommend.

The staff were amazing, caring, attentive and ever so kind. The property is looking tired and out dated, it was a shame that little things were not fixed like the shower shelf had been removed and not replaced, the bed had a missing patch and not repaired. The pool is only small however it was quiet so only a few people there. The breakfast was great, good selection of foods from around the world. Egg station was slow to turn out. The cocktail making class was great for $10aud. Overall a great stay.

Staff is extremely friendly! Our room was perfect. We loved our ocean front room. The balcony is big enough for two. The staff is consently cleaning making the hotel spotless. The pool was fabulous and enough chairs for everyone. The location is perfect! Right accross from Beaches, shopping, restaurants and bars.
