The stay was amazing for the 2 weeks we were there. The rooms were kept in tip top conditions and the bar and kitchen was filled with amazing food and drinks There was only 2 instances where our food order was forgotten and ended up taking an extra hour longer and the massage mysteriously lost our booking. Overall, as a stay near the beaches and next to all the shopping centres its a treat.

I loved that there was a self serve laundry available for, guests, the view from the 6th floor restaurant was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was a bit dirty, the food upstairs was not that good and a bit expensive for the size of the servers. The Indian food at street 32 was lovely

It was our first hotel after arriving in Bali for the first three days to acclimatize. The food was perfect and it was the first hotel where I could have their protein for breakfast after a workout at the hotel gym. Great idea. The employees were perfect, worked at 100%. Since my girlfriend and I both work in a hotel in Austria, I can say that the technical condition of the hotel, service and Housekeeping all is perfekt. The only tip for the future regarding laundry. Before the guest hands over their clothes, the guest must fill out a list of what they want to have washed. We're thinking about maybe making one more reservation for the last few days before our flight back.
