“El ambiente es de total relajación, hay poco personal capacitado, a pesar de pertenecer a la cadena Taj no hay un estándar en calidad de servicio. Les falta atención al cliente y no servir té en bolsitas cuando se está en una plantación de té ”

“Excellent room with a good view, both breakfast and dinner options and food quality was very good. Staff was friendly however the pictures associated with the standard room was not accurate and we had to pay extra for an upgrade to the deluxe room ( pictures of which were associated with the standard room when we booked). Staff was friendly and polite but could not upgrade as a courtesy even though the pictures did not match the room.”

“Wonderful food helpful staff great welcome 🤗 It's a very good deal close to the centre in a garden of tea. Stay here if they have rooms”

“Incredible views of the lake! Not very clean, there was mold growing on some of the walls and lots of bugs ”
