“We loved our stay at Kaila Na Ua resort. Our hosts Warren and Roz were more than helpful and a wealth of knowledge on the area. It might not be as flash as the resort up the road but the views, peace and quiet and the constant rolling waves on the reef made it so much better. Recommended 👍”

“We (parents and two kids) stayed there for four nights in August 2026. We got there from Nadi by taxi. We received a three bedroom apartment with a master bedroom, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen equipped with absolutely everything one needs. “Clean rooms and regular upkeep. Every time we left, we would come back to fresh sheets and towels. Staff were the best! So accommodating, welcoming and overall very friendly.”

“The property was beautiful, as were the people. I had no issues or complaints about the property or people. The reason for only 3 stars is location. The beach is nearby, but not a beach you can actually enjoy. This property is on the outskirts of the coral coast, and is in a silty bay. There are no amenities, in or around the beach. You will need to travel a few miles down the road.”

“I booked this as it’s my birthday week. The owner was friendly, greets us every time we arrive. When we arrived he apologised as there’s a glitch where he can’t find our booking, but he still entertain us and gave us a free upgrade. We love the place and it’s a memorable experience, got a power outage for a day too. Well even there’s an unexpected power outage he still cares very much offered us waters and apologised for it. “The room was al right, no cleaning for 2 days, when came back from the trip the money was stolen from my wallet. Very disappointing. ”

Evidentemente fui al cambio y sin contestar ni nada me dieron una nueva tarjeta con una nueva habitación. La habitación estaba dos pisos arriba y NADIE me ayudó a subir las dos maletas de 25 kgs cada una a pesar de que había gente ahí viendo como apenas podía cargar tan si quiera una maleta.”

“Este sitio es una plantacion de coco delante del mar, es precioso toda la vida abundante que hay. Los trabajadores del resort son muy amables y divertidos, se esfuerzan para que todi el mundo estan cuidados y como en casa. La experiencia ha sido unico, poder estar casi imerso en la cultura fiji con visitas al colegio, comunidad y ver su baile y oir la musica, comer los platos tipicos etc”

“We stayed in the deluxe room the room was absolutely filthy moldy bath mat no hot water our bed mattress foam was so old it was crumbling when touched smelt awful and the slates where all broken kids bunk beds mattress was so thin literally was comfier on the floor. All tea and coffee was so old it was stuck together and unable to be used.
