“Very very steep & long driveway — served our food order to someone else in front of us & when confronted they chose not to charge us — awful experience Lot of construction going on in the living quarters area. My 85 year old mother was with me — too many up & down stairs — only way to access the rooms. Not convent for us. ”

We paid the full price, whether directly or indirectly, so the facilities should be the same for everyone. Unfortunately, they refused to provide it, and they also denied us complimentary access to the steam room. Overall, they didn’t seem to prioritize guest satisfaction.”
