Not what I would call a "boutique" hotel

Large room. Good a/c. But it felt more like a back packers inn than a boutique hotel. Noise echoes to rooms. Shower water not hot. We couldn't use the facilities on our first night there due to a private function for 120 people. Staff extremely helpful and friendly.

It does not exist. It was bought out by another hotel and is in the process of being gutted. Take it off your website.

This place is no hotel. Disgusting place to stay and sleep. Upon arrival was told to pay cash due to credit card machine not working. I requested prior to arrival a side bed and upon arrival was told that the housekeeper had left for the day therefore I had to wait until the next morning to get accommodated with one. No lamp light in the lamp. The shower faucet was broken so we literally had to use a the wire that connected to the shower like a water hoes to shower. The swimming pool was disgusting. Soo disgusting and dirty we went across the street to the bonaire hotel to use their swimming pool. Now food they claim they have the best food on the island. Their menu is hand written with just about 5 options on the menu. This was the worst experience ever. Never again! Expedia you should be ashamed of yourselves for doing business with this place.

Great nugget. Friendly staff, accommodating. Clean, great mattresses, quiet. Air conditioning in rooms. Ozzie in bar/restaurant area fun and friendly. Only had breakfast which was well done. A wee bit laissez faire when it came to hot water not working and no coffee sachets in rooms, shampoo and conditioner empty. Which, was just fine and no big deal in the big picture. Just a little room for improvement there. The designa and furniture is surprising and very tastefully done.

aardig hotelletje

Zeer recent in andere handen overgegaan. Vriendelijk personeel, die moeten echter nog wel veel leren.
