What an amazing stay rooms immaculate and the staff very helpful and friendly. The bonus to this hotel was the use of the jacuzzi. It was so relaxing especially after a day of walking. I would 100% recommend this hotel to stay and the selection for breakfast was everything and more that you needed.

Our room was really good, especially the electric blinds, the only negative about the room was the complete lack of a wardrobe or any drawers. There was a very small area with 4 hangers in the room but that was it. Breakfast was excellent and the rooftop area was great after a long day walking around the city. Location was fab, a 5 minute walk to the main square. Thoroughly recommended

Lovley hotel, very comfortable bed and stylish rooms. Even a complementary bottle of prosecco on arrival. The only downfall which isnt even the hotels fault is the noise of the trams outside. If you aren't used to noise at night they can be disruptive which is a shame as its a great hotel.

The stay would have been perfect if the staff understood English or if we had known some Polish. Other than that, the stay was excellent. The food in the cafe was awesome. The breakfast buffet was star quality. The room was so unique . We loved it.

Had a lovely stay. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast had a wide variety of options. Prosecco and mini bar were a nice touch. Central location, within walking distance of the Jewish quarter and old town and very handy for the train.

A fantastic location with easy access to the City, 5 minute walk to the square, 10 minutes to the Jewish Quarter or Castle. Staff very helpful, great Breakfast, fantastic value for money. Only downside... Rooms are great but lack storage if you're staying for a few days and like to unpack. That said, they will deliver extra furniture to your room if required (seriously). We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The staff were great and the rooms were stocked with whatever you need (all included in the stay). However for me, my room was right on the corner of the building and the screeching from the tram on the street outside was so loud all night. Added to this the mattress was sagging, making for a bad night's sleep. The sauna is good but small. A water cooler and fresh towels are needed in the space. Also need to sort the gap at the top of the door as it lets all the heat out.
