Great stay. Reception was extremely kind and helpful. Language barrier was not an issue. Krakow had a very safe feeling and this hotel was in walking distance for a lot of shops and restaurants. I would stay here again.

Great little gem

Fabulous stay in a very good location. Plenty of bars and restaurants to suit all close by. The courtyard is a lovely spot to enjoy a glass or two and the bar area has a good selection of drinks. Rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed, though we thought ours needed a dressing table.

Stayed for three nights. Staff were friendly and polite. Very good breakfast options. Shower in room had power but, did not stay in the shower head holder, which caused water to go everywhere. TV remote did not work. Loud noise from outside. Room was OK but, had seen better days. Location is good.

What a wonderful hotel in the heart of the old Jewish Quarter. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the food was lovely and we loved the garden at the rear of the hotel. I spent a couple of late afternoons in the garden with my Kindle and a G and T for company. The staff arranged for a cake, balloons, a bottle of bubbles and a card for my husband's birthday on the Friday - his face was a picture when we went back to our. room I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would most definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel for making our stay such a pleasure.

Great little hotel

Very nice hotel close to the centre of Krakow and everything is within walking distance for everything else. Trans also running close by to get you further afield. Stayed on my own and was put in the top floor and I must say the room is a little small with nowhere to store your luggage if staying for more than a few days. Clothes hangers were provided so you can hang your items on coat hooks. The rooms on the top floor have a sloping roof so if you're tall like myself you tend to hit the ceiling a few times. Everybody else I spoke to had a great time so I must have been the exception? There was a fridge in the room and everything was spotless with a choice of a radiator or air con. The breakfast was the highlight with a vast amount to choose from from hot to cold there was something for everybody including cakes. The staff were all very pleasant and willing to help you with anything. At the end of the day the bar is a nice place to relax.

Locatie is goed, hotel is echt flink verouderd en heeft 0 sfeer… De foto’s komen niet overeen, of wellicht zijn het de kamers op de bovenste verdieping. 1 en 2e verdieping waren echt matig, gordijnen die te kort zijn en niet voldoende het licht afsluiten. Tussen 05:00 en 05:30 komt er al een hoop licht vanaf de zijkant naar binnen. In 1 kamer was bdkmr gemoderniseerd, de ander was verouderd maar oké. Bedden sliepen wel goed, kussen te zacht. Föhn is een lachertje. Kamers zijn ook erg gehorig, buiten hoor je ook veel. Daar hebben wij gelukkig minder last van. Al met al redelijk verblijf gehad. Vooral omdat Krakau fantastisch is, en uiteindelijk doe je niet veel in je hotelkamer. Maar een fijner ‘thuis’ komen is toch prettig. Ik vond de prijs kwaliteit verhouding daarom echt niet in verhouding.
