Very comfortable and quiet. We loved the location near the river with walking paths, restaurants, sites and river cruises. Tram stop is close by to take you anywhere. Old town is a 20 minute walk or take the tram. Filtered water in the hallways is convenient. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and spacious. Good price. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel's location was much more convenient than expected, thanks to Krakow's wonderful public transportation. You can reach Krakow Glowny station, the National Museum, and other sites in 20 minutes. You can also walk to the Vistula River, where you can enjoy majestic views of Wawel Castle. The room was clean, the breakfast was great, and the restaurant staff were friendly. You might have to wait in line at check-in and check-out, though, because there was only one staff member at the front desk. If I visit Krakow again, I will definitely consider this Ibis or the Novotel in the same building.

The room was sparkly clean. The location is wonderful, next to Vistula, just steps from old town. Lovely breakfast with various fresh vegetables, pastries, cheese and deli meats. We will definitely consider staying there again.

Location was great right by the river and only a 10min walk to the centre of town. Rooms and staff were excellent. The only two minus was the air-con didn’t get cold enough and the breakfast was a bit of a let down. Not great scrambled eggs and no bacon and hot dog sausages at breakfast. Other than that the breakfast had plenty of choice just get down early if you want full spreed.

The rooms were lively and were cleaned daily! The staff was also very helpful when we checked in/out and helped us when we had a late flight and needed to keep our luggage in the storage room for a few hours. We also did not book breakfast in advance but chose to eat breakfast 2/5 days of our stay. The breakfast was an open buffet and had something for both of us. Great stay and the location was ideal!

A very nice Hotel. The rooms are quiet und you can reach the historic city in minutes by foot. The team was exceptionally friendly. Also an absolute recommendation is the Ibis Kitchen. So good food for fair prices. A superb hotel!

Great Stay

Perfect hotel, great location. Rooms cleaned daily, all the staff were fantastic. Had everythi g we needed. Petrol station with shop at the back.of the hotel with shop was great and a bar over the road. 10 minute walk to the old town square and 2 minute walk to the river.

The hotel was clean and functional. Just what you’d expect at an Ibis. Lovely breakfast options but could have done much better for allergy / intolerance needs such as labelling. I asked for gluten free bread (using my phone for the translation) and I got it but it wasn’t very nice! Thank you for a nice stay in Krakow
