Unfortunately, the bedding on one side of the double bed did not appear clean. One of the towels appeared soiled and the towel mat had clearly been used and left on the floor (the other towels were clean). The kitchen was well equipped, but the bin was full of rubbish and there was an open packet of sauce and a half drunk bottle of water left on the side. It's a shame. Otherwise, all was fine.”
“A gem of a guest house style hotel tucked away up an atmospheric mountain road at the foot of a number of trails, surrounded by forest and with a stream across the front of the property. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating. The restaurant was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options including authentic curry options alongside the more traditional menu. We had a room for 4 which was large enough for two adults and two teenagers. No a/c but with the cooler...
“Se nota que es viejo, no está mal pero tiene algunos temas a modernizar urgente, en especial el baño de la habitacion. Es grande pero muy poco funcional. Tambien el aire acondicionado, no funcionaba”
“The best thing about this hotel is the lakeside club which is across the road and offers a relaxed swimming and loungers. Our room was dark and was tired. The carpet was fraying and there were no facilities other than water. It was quite noisy being close to the road and did not match the images on the website. The building and courtyards are unique and interesting historically and the breakfast was very good. A mixed review for a mixed experience.”
