Oda çok yeni ve çok temizdi. Otoparkının olması çok önemliydi. Ev sahibi çok güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Konum olarak süper bir yerde. Odanın ses yalıtımı çok iyiydi. Yola yakın olmasına rağmen cam kapalıyken hiçbir ses geçmiyordu.
