Everything about Neptune was great, good sized suite for us and the kids, the staff were very friendly and the kids loved the pools and kids areas. We wish we’d booked for longer to make use of the other services, as we only stayed for 2 nights at end of our holiday as a treat, and would have been great to stay longer to enjoy the other activities and shows. Food could not be faulted, breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing with so much choice, and really enjoyed the Umami asian restaurant too. All in all a great end to our holiday to Kos!

The best family holiday we've had. The complex is set over large (but walkable) immaculate grounds, which means it never feels overwhelmingly busy. Lots of pools to suit your daily vibe and a beautiful private beach - all with QR code access to the bar so you can completely relax. The HB food choices were excellent, changed regularly and very well prepared. I would like to give a special mention to the kids club staff (in particular Julia & Maya) for their endless enthusiasm day & night, that helped make truly special memories for my daughter during our stay.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The resort is large but very well organised, with different areas suitable for families, couples of all ages and groups of friends. Even though it was fully booked, it never felt overcrowded. The setting is beautiful, especially at sunset, and the staff were consistently extremely kind and welcoming. The room was comfortably cool thanks to the air conditioning, but remained quite humid. We reported a poorly draining shower on the first day; although someone came to fix it, the problem continued throughout our stay and the shower area flooded every time we used it. We also had ants around the desk area for most of the stay. For a resort of this standard, we would have appreciated a proper coffee machine rather than instant coffee and a kettle. We also found it disappointing that only one complimentary bottle of water was provided on arrival. After that, water had to be purchased for €5 through room service or from the minimarket. In our opinion, one large or two small complimentary bottles per day should be standard. Breakfast was excellent, varied and of very good quality. We would have preferred it to run until 11:00 rather than 10:30, but we especially appreciated that the buffet remained fully stocked right until closing time. The freddo cappuccino at Troia Bar was pleasant but far from a proper one, especially for the price. There was also a slight kitchen smell when entering the main restaurant, although this was a minor issue.

Amazing stay and very relaxing holidays! The facilities were more than anyone could wish for, excellent room condition and service, tennis courts, creative time for the kids and activities for all ages. Would recommend to anyone for a relaxing family holidays!

Very relaxing with great facilities.

Great resort. We had an issue when we first checked in, however, it was dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. The room we had was very modern and clean and in a great location. The facilities were superb, with a large number of sports options readily available. Great Tennis courts, football, mountain biking, archery and Padle tennis. We found our stay very relaxing and will hope to return soon.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, was perfect, peaceful and relaxing. It had multiple bars restraints and pools as-well as facilities such as quad bike rentals to visit local towns to break up the stay. Great rooms very spacious and modern however the mosquitoes do get in the room and bite however that’s not the hotels fault. Pool bars could offer more cocktails on the menu however when asked they do make to your choice which was very pleased with. I would agree with the 5 stars it’s rated would recommend and return, expensive but is the same price as other restaurants/ bars in Greece so wouldn’t let that detour you. Has everything you need 10/10
