“Always a good place to stay. Parking was difficult as I had to park some distance away and carry luggage due to many vehicles parked and some area in front of the rooms taken by stacked pallets from there. I am older”

“We travelled with 2 kids under 2, we requested a cot thinking we would get a porta cot like we have in the past at other hotels. But to our surprise we had a proper solid cot which was perfect for our kids. Our room was so clean, bed was super comfy. Will definitely stay here again when we come back up.”

“Everything was so easy the staff were amazing, the rooms were spotless and amenities were excellent. I will definitely stay again.”

“friendly staff great location - walking distance to beach and shops easy secure parking”

“I didnt like not having a parking spot when i arrived late at night , then parked in the street then worried about my expensive staff in my car so i brought it back in the carpark but i could only park in the disabled .”

“The negative - had to fiddle with the float in the toilet cistern to get it working! Positives - friendly staff/towels changed daily/great location for what we required. This was our second visit (both times to attend a funeral). Would definitely return - but hope it is not in the short term (ie another funeral!)”

“I booked two nights, I checked in, but I have chosen not to stay unfortunately.”

“Good to be able to stay in Gosford on a reduced nightly tariff from the motels. Shared bathrooms are all well appointed, recently renovated. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Good food in the hotel. Amazing old elevator. Very easy place to stay. All very good, except for phone contact numbers - mobile provides no contact with advice to ring 000 if have an emergency then shuts off, landline goes to AI assistant which says will pass issue onto a staff member for them to contact you but it...

“Nice and best location in Umina, near 4 mins walk to the beach. Shops within reach and helpful staff. Thanks for the complimentary drinks”

“This Apartment stay was most enjoyable. Copacabana Beach is a quiet and simple location. There are a couple of excellent restaurant choices close by and other major areas are within an easy drive. Rooms are spacious and clean. Kitchen is reasonably equipped. Maybe the supply of crockeryand glasses could be a little bit better. Bathroom is clean with a good shower. Nice balcony. Staff are courteous, efficient and friendly. Parking is great with an elevator providing easy access to the room. I...

“The place, location and well maintained hotel. I recommend families to visit the hotel, its a budget price with 4 star rooms”

“All was good except for the shower, very poor water pressure which needs lots of improvement !”

“For what it was it was reasonable value for the money. The bathroom is a bit aged and could do some work with the tiles and a better shower curtain arrangement. Most of the bathroom got very wet which included the Mat and I would suggest that they stop the garbage pick up at 1:30 in the morning around the back. It was very loud and noisy and woke me out of a very deep sleep.”

“This place is a funny mix of nice and not. It's an old motel. The gardens are lovely. The pool is nice but not heated (had a swim but it was freezing on a hot day). The gym area is spacious but doesn't have any treadmills or rowing machines. The room was large and mostly clean and updated but feels dated. The tiled area at the entrance was dirty. The bathroom was modernised but smelled awful. The breakfast fridge was great. Noodles, yoghurt, cereal, fresh fruit, nut bars, flavoured milk,...
