The room was clean. We had requested 3 singles but were given a double m queen bed. The bath did have a few marks on it not sure what these were from. Staff were helpful and the lobby really is the centre of the entire hotel. A good stay clean and good staff. Food was good nothing exceptional but good for a hotel buffet.

It was the best stay , the beach in front of the hotel, everything was included, food, drinks , towels, shows almost every night, staff very nice and kind, the only think I should comment is that they don't have enough chairs on the beach and you have to be there early in the morning to rezerve a place but besides that everything is perfect.

The room was great! It was clean and comfortable with a great sea view. The only complaint would be the smell of smoke especially in the closet.(rooms are non smoking) There are some choices at the buffet restaurant if you need gluten free, but it would have been appreciated to have just one bread option. Also they need better signage on the dessert section, since the allergy signs are all together on the top shelf and if you are not familiar with each dish, it is hard to know. The pool is great and the staff are very enthusiastic. We found the night shows good, and the bar staff all cheery and hard working. Overall a recommended all inclusive hotel with very good service.

Staff were super helpful always and were very generous! hotel let us remain on site after checkout as our flight was quite late, they allowed us to keep using the facilities also which was an added bonus we weren’t expecting! Pool was super nice and relaxing, and could always get a lounge. Sadly the beach lounges were always taken even as early as 9am, meaning that it was nearly impossible to get one at the beach. We personally liked the feel around the pool better anyways so we weren’t too annoyed about this though.

Excellent Staff & Delicious Food One of the highlights of our stay was the friendly, hardworking, and professional staff. Our room was cleaned daily, towels and sheets were changed regularly, and the minibar was replenished with water and non-alcoholic drinks. Special thanks to Kamila, the restaurant chef, Ali at reception, and the wonderful chefs, waiters, and bartenders for their welcoming and positive service. I truly appreciated their efforts to make guests feel comfortable. I was disappointed, however, to see some guests -russians treating hardworking hotel employees disrespectfully. Hospitality staff deserve the same courtesy and respect they provide to their guests. The restaurant was another highlight, offering a delicious and diverse selection of Turkish, Italian, Greek, European, and international cuisine, including familiar favourites such as burgers, fries, and onion rings. The variety was perfect for an international hotel and allowed us to enjoy both authentic Turkish flavours and familiar dishes. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere made dining a very enjoyable part of our vacation. The hotel provided security and staff supervision, which gave us a sense of comfort and safety while spending time by the sea. My main recommendation for the hotel administration would be to increase the number of available sun loungers on the beach. During busy periods, it could be difficult to find a comfortable place to relax.

What made this hotel excellent was the staff- they were always so polite and helpful. There was a slight hiccup with the booking which the guest relations sorted out very quickly. The buffet was delightful, offering so many different choices. The Lobby bar cocktails were amazing, not watered down like you can get in other hotels. The entertainment staff were very friendly and interacted nicely with us. Overall a very enjoyable stay
