Hyatt Regency was incredible from the minute we got there. We got delicious coconut ice cream and got directed to our oceanfront villa, which was simply stunning, with a beautiful pool and stunning views. It was everything that we wanted and more. For dinner, they catered to our needs perfectly, with the lady at the Regency club, Mong being incredible with bringing us our food and making us feel at home every dinner. The breakfasts were the best we’ve ever had, with a well picked buffet with some à la carte options, including fresh coconut water in coconuts, artisan pesto breads and omelettes cooked to perfection. Not only that, but the service overall was outstanding, with the staff being very polite and our special helper Marbell being excellent in all aspects to cater to our needs. The food, not just the breakfast, was top tier, as well as the deals on the drinks with happy hour. Lastly, the pools were clean and pretty, with even a small slide for the kids. There was roasting marshmallows on the beach some nights, as well as performances on the beach grill Sesun like fire shows, which were mindblowing, and extremely convenient as they were inside the hotel. All in all, Hyatt Regency was exceptional, and we hope to come again. Would definitely be recommending to family and friends!!
