“OUTDATED HOTEL. The facilities are outdated and not clean enough. We arrived at 7:50am and left the luggage to go around the city since checkin was at 3pm. However, my wife is pregnant and was feeling extremely unwell and went back to the hotel at noon. They had our room ready but wouldnt give it to us without paying 50% extra (mind that it was only 3 hours before check in time and they did not clean the room twice). Had to pay since she was feeling so unwell. Poor treatment and understanding...

“The room and the amenities were great, I felt comfortable all the time and the space in the room was awesome. What I would not recommend is taking the breakfast at the hotel, don’t get me wrong it was really good in taste, but you only have 3 options focused in American dishes, I was expecting some Japanese local dishes, if you are more into that you can look for other options near the hotel.”

“This was a nice hotel that also had a self storage area for your luggage before check-in. Check in is all on your own but they have instructions in multiple languages. You can also rung the bell if you need help. Room was nice and had a cool shower feature (shower head or use the built in shower on the ceiling) beware of yhe large step from the bathroom back to the room. No key card, you’ll be a QR code.”

“早朝出発で朝食つきにしていたにもかかわらず、食べることができなかったので残念でした。美味しそうでした。 コインランドリーの床がびしょ濡れだったので、少し使いづらかったです。”

“Baño prefabricado minúsculo sensación de estar en un barco por el movimiento del piso, desayuno incluido con muy poca variedad para occidentales, habitación muy pequeña cama pegada a la pared para pareja muy incómoda No pasa de 2 estrellas ”

“Great location, tiny rooms, basic amenities… this is not a hotel to stay for too long, but more to enjoy the central location near Tenjin. Be careful of the breakfast closing at 9:30 (very early for tourists), and the staff strict compliance to regulations, which will prevent you from getting any thing for breakfast even at 9:35, even if it closes at 10:00, even though there are still a LOT of food out on the counters.”

“I liked the room and the breakfast was amazing. We even ate dinner at the restaurant next door. However, the area was not great. We wanted to walk around and explore but it took only a few minutes to discover that was not a good idea. I would not stay here again.”
