Fantastic Fuji view from the room! Which is all that I wanted. Good standard hotel, some 15min from the train station. Close to restaurants and convenience stores. But not in the midst of the more touristy area around the Kawaguchiko station. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Very happy with my short stay.

I booked mountain view and the room did not disappoint! It was beautiful. However, I am giving 4 stars reviews as the staff weren't enthusiastic to help and the coffee machine is only available from 3pm. It would be helpful to get coffee in the morning.

I really enjoyed my stay here. My room felt spacious and very clean. I will say however it is a 20 minute walk from Kawaguchiko Station so if you have a lot of luggage like I did (2 Large Suitcases and a Backpacking bag) I'd recommend using a Taxi or their luggage services to avoid carrying all your luggage around. The staff was very polite and very helpful :)
