The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Excellent amenities. Excellent private and public onsens. Quiet. Calm. Relaxing. I slept like a. Baby for 13 hours after a massage and two hours at the onsen. Great breakfast too!!! Incredible stay.

Comfortable, good location with shuttle to get/from Kawaguchiko, and lovely staff. We had a great view of Mount Fuji, 4 different types of slippers (!), in-room amenities including coffee beans that you could grind yourself, and a lovely tub with a view.

Excellent Hotel. The view of Mt Fuji is breathtaking (subject to weather). Hotel runs a shuttle service but we’re also very accommodating with regard to bus information, booking a taxi etc. The onsens are a nice touch as are the outdoor baths in the rooms. I would recommend going half board as the evening meal was great value for money

Amazing hotel in Fujikawaguchiko. Lovely couple of days spent here, we had a room with a view of Mount Fuji which I'd definitely recommend. The hotel had great amenities and we had a fantastic meal in the hotel one evening which needed to be booked, which we done so on arrival.

The views of Mt. Fuji were amazing, the private onsen was so beautiful, & the "reserved" onsens so relaxing! The breakfast was excellent (highly recommend) & all the staff so friendly. Definitely take advantage of the shuttle bus service because it's a long walk from Kawaguchiko Station.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the property is one of the coolest hotels that I’ve stayed in. The public and private onsens are the best part of the hotel, including the Onsens included on the balcony. Highly recommend, glad we stayed here.
