Amazing hotel! The staff on reception were very helpful at check in, the room was immaculate and the view of Fuji, well that’s something else!! Highly recommend spending the extra on a mountain view room. Amazing onsen and breakfast buffet was lovely. Would 10/10 recommend a stay here.

The hotel is older but well maintained. In our case there was not view because of the weather, and there is not really any restaurants or shops within walking distance. There is a shuttle to town, but the last one leaves before dinner. The staff were excellent and the hot bathes fantastic. If the location works for you, and you don’t mind well-maintained older rooms, this is 5 star.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Room was clean and spacious. The view of Fuji mountain from the hotel was beautiful. The hotel has a top floor view room where you can look at the lake and the mountain. Breakfast and dinner were very good. And staffs were super friendly and responsive to requests.

We enjoyed our Lovely Japanese room with garden view. The staff was amazing, warm and cheerful. The fuji view on a lucky sunny breakfast was spectacular.
